- Academic record at previous institution and proof of graduation
- Photocopy of passport or proof of nationality
- Proof of Korean and English ability
- Portfolio, video clips, etc. (for arts and physical education applicants only)
- Documents proving financial stability
- Proof of the student's or financial guarantor's bank balance (maintained for at least one month), domestic remittance, or currency certificate of the amount equivalent to or larger than the average annual expenses for tuition and living
- Certificate of property tax payment
- Pledge to bear study expenses, etc

Visa Requirements: COMMON DOCUMENTS
- Visa application form (form #34), photocopy of passport, one standard size photograph, fee etc.
- Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate (or distinct number certificate) of a respective education institution.
- Standard Acceptance Letter (issued by the dean/president of the university)
- Documents proving the final level of education
- Documents proving your financial ability to support yourself (tuition and living expenses for a year)
- The Chief of mission may ask additional documents in order to examine the purpose of stay, genuineness of invitation, and qualifications of the inviter and invitee if deemed necessary.

- Important things to ensure before leaving for Australia:
- Book airline tickets
- Purchase travel and health insurance
- Arrangement of accommodation on arrival to Australia
- Arrangement of transport to home in Australia from the airport
- Check baggage and customs policy
- Documents that you must have on you before leaving for the airport:
- Passport
- Airline tickets
- Insurance certificates
- Letter of Acceptance (the one sent by the university or college)
- Key addresses and phone numbers
- The bank statement evidencing the required funds
- Prescriptions for any medication you might be carrying
- Cash or traveler's cheques
- Medical and immunization records
- Past certificates and transcripts evidencing previous education
- Educational Requirements:
- Language Proficiency Requirements
- TOPIK level 3 or above B.
- TOEFL PBT 550, CBT 210, iBT 80, IELTS 5.5 or TEPS 600 or above
- Applicants who meet one of the following conditions below:
- 1) Native English speakers
- 2) Applicants who have completed their degree program (Bachelor&'s or higher) in an English speaking country.
- Applicants whose major is Korean Language in a foreign country university.
- 3) Applicants who have obtained a degree (Bachelor's or higher) from a university in Korea
- Applicants must meet one conditions from the above
- Language proficiency tests must have been taken within two years of the application deadline for scores to be valid.
- The Institutional Testing Program (ITP) TOEFL is not acceptable.
